Nothing damages the Client’s trust more than a deceptive refund policy. So we’ve made sure ours is simple and transparent. We strive to keep our clients happy but, if things don’t work out, you can easily stop our engagement at any time.
Our refund policy below describes the: circumstances under which Bleakers will give a refund, the process for claiming a refund, and the responsibility of Bleakers in cases resulting in such a claim. By enrolling for any of our services, you are affirming that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions defined in the refund policy.
Our ultimate objective is to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. In case you are not satisfied and think about requesting a refund, we ask you to spare some time and write to us at sa[email protected] for a final dialogue before asking for a refund.
Coverage & Scope
- Our refund policy includes refunds by BLEAKERS, LTD. or a website owned and managed by BLEAKERS, LTD.
- This policy does NOT have any liability for companies that are not owned or controlled by BLEAKERS, LTD. or for persons not employed or managed by BLEAKERS, LTD.
We strive to provide the best results vis-a-vis the terms of the contract. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of work, you must notify us at [email protected] immediately. We conduct refund investigations on a case-by-case basis guided by the terms below:
You are entitled to get a partial or full refund (if any) of Subscription in the event that:
- You want to cancel your subscription with unused time. If you no longer wish to use the service, we can refund you the remaining amount yet there will be an administrative fee of 50.00 USD.
- You failed to cancel your subscription in time and this negligence resulted in subscription renewal. You will get a partial refund worth the number of days left in your subscription but there will be an administrative fee of 50.00 USD.
- Subscriptions were erroneously charged (double charges, wrong Subscription, etc.).
- No work was provided under Subscription
You are entitled to get a partial or full refund (if any) according to Fixed price Agreement in the event that:
- All/Some delivirabilities were not provided
- Payment was erroneously charged (double charges, wrong amount, etc.).
- No work was provided
List of situations where we don’t process Subscription refunds:
- In case the Subscription ends and yet you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work done.
- Missing any negotiated timelines discussed with developer
- Failure to update that you halted working on the Subscription for some time
- All delivirabilities were provided according to the initial agreement
- Client is not satisfied with the outcome of the Trial
List of situations where we don’t process Fixed price refunds:
- In case the In case all the delivirabilities complete and yet you are dissatisfied with the quality of the work done.
- Development team is missing any timelines for delivirabilities
- Failure to update that you halted working for some time and the team finished some additional tasks
- You’re not satisfied with the outcome of the Trial
- To make an official refund request you must write us an email at [email protected] Once the refund request is received, a refund investigation will commence. These are usually straightforward and are completed within 10 business days. Once the investigation is complete, our Bleakers Dispute Resolution Team will email you its decision.
- Any approved refund will be processed within 30 business days of the refund being approved and refunds will be issued to the original source of funds (card/bank account).
We may, at any time, without an early announcement, alter this refund policy from time to time. You, therefore, are requested to review this policy regularly. Your sustained use of the Bleakers’ services automatically signifies your acceptance of the same thereof after any such alterations.
- Bleakers operates in a subscription and fixed price service models.
- Bleakers reserves the right to grant or decline refund requests.
